Far North Training & Consultancy Pty Ltd operates within the Standards as set by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) which comprises the National VET Regulator ACT and the National VET Regulator (NVR) Standards and through our Policy and Procedures our Quality Management System ensures that we meet the requirements of the VET Quality Framework.
This information is updated from time to time in accordance with changes to legislation, regulations relating to VET and the VET Quality Framework.

It is a requirement that you access and read the student handbook before you commence your enrolment with FNTC. On accessing the student handbook you will need to confirm that you understand FNTC’s Code of Practice and associated documents and policies which include but not limited to:
- Enrolment Processes
- Appeals and Complaints Procedure
- Access and Equity
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
- National Recognition
- Replacement cost for misplaced or lost Certificates
In addition as an Online learner “client” we mean a person who purchases, provides or receives any Services or Training.

Our website procedures mean the procedures and requirements to access material on the website and that they may be amended from time to time, as detailed on the FNTC website.

The term is used to mean is defined in the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (as amended), which applies the national law throughout Australia. This means that written permission to use Intellectual Property must be gained from the property owner prior to any use of such material. Use of excerpts from existing works will include attribution of its origin.
The client must access any Training within a period of six (6) months after the Training is purchased.
Learners are required to ensure that all work they submit for assessment is their own work. Learners must confirm the authenticity of work submitted as being their own as part of the terms and conditions of enrolment.
Plagiarism is taking the ideas or writings of others and presenting them as if they were original to the user without acknowledgement.
The learner will breach the terms and conditions of enrolment if information is provided which is false or misleading, whether directly or indirectly, or through the Website, or to otherwise display false or misleading information on the website.
When enrolment is completed online, if the information you provide for certification such as your name and address details are incorrect, Far North Training & Consultancy cannot be held liable for misspelt names and addresses.
Issue of Certificates
Upon successful completion of your course or individual units of competency, you will be issued with a Certificate or Statement of Attainment within twenty-one days via post.
